According to 298-C, “any person of the Qadiani Group or the Lahori Group (who call themselves ‘Ahmedis’ or by any other name), who directly or indirectly, poses as a Muslim, or calls, or refers to, his faith as Islam, or preaches or propagates his faith, or invites others to accept his faith, by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representations, or in any manner whatsoever outrages the religious feelings of Muslims shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.”]

Narrated by Anas bin Malik

Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to Uthman at the time when the people of Sham and the people of Iraq were Waging war to conquer Arminya and Adharbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their (the people of Sham and Iraq) differences in the recitation of the Qur'an, so he said to 'Uthman, "O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Quran) as Jews and the Christians did before." So 'Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, "Send us the manuscripts of the Qur'an so that we may compile the Qur'anic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you." Hafsa sent it to 'Uthman. 'Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, 'Abdullah bin AzZubair, Said bin Al-As and 'AbdurRahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. 'Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, "In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Qur'an, then write it in the dialect of Quraish, the Qur'an was revealed in their tongue." They did so, and when they had written many copies, 'Uthman returned the original manuscripts to Hafsa. 'Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied, and ordered that all the other Qur'anic materials, whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt. Said bin Thabit added, "A Verse from Surat Ahzab was missed by me when we copied the Qur'an and I used to hear Allah's Apostle reciting it. So we searched for it and found it with Khuzaima bin Thabit Al-Ansari. (That Verse was): 'Among the Believers are men who have been true in their covenant with Allah.' (33.23)

• Abdul Aziz, 41, of Rochdale, a married father of three, later took over as the key trafficker and was known by the girls as "Master".

• Kabeer Hassan, 25, of Oldham, is married and lives with his parents. He worked at two takeaways in Heywood, now under new management. The 59-year-old ordered him to have sex with the first victim on his birthday against her will.

• Adil Khan, 42, of Rochdale, is married with one child and was known as Billy. He allegedly made a 13-year-old girl pregnant and she had an abortion. Khan denied knowing the girl, despite DNA evidence proving the child was his.

• Abdul Rauf, 43, of Rochdale, was a taxi driver at Castleton Taxis and was known as Cassie or Castleton. He is married with five children and had arrived in the UK from Pakistan in 1993, initially teaching religion at a mosque. He asked a 15-year-old girl if she had any younger friends. During the trial, he collapsed in the witness box and was taken to hospital for checks.

• Mohammed Sajid, 35, from Rochdale, was known as Saj. He regularly plied the victims with alcohol before having sex with them at his flat, where groups of men would wait. He moved to the UK in 1993 and was separated from his wife. He worked at a cash and carry until the trial began.

• Abdul Qayyum, 43, of Rochdale, was a driver for Streamline Taxis in Middleton and was known as Tiger. He is married with two children and began his own breakdown recovery business at the time of his arrest. Two Rochdale councillors provided character references describing him as hard-working.

• Mohammed Amin, 45, of Rochdale, was a driver for Eagle Taxis for 14 years and was known as Car Zero. He is married with school-age children.

• Hamid Safi, 22, is an illegal immigrant who arrived in the UK on a lorry four years ago from Afghanistan because his uncle was murdered by the Taliban. In 2009, he moved to Rochdale after he was released from a detention centre.

Part Introduction of Surah Ta-Ha (20) by Yusuf Ali

The chronology of the Surah has some significance: it has some relation to the spiritual lessons which it teaches.

It was used with great effect in that remarkable scene which resulted in Umar's conversion, and which took place about the seventh year before the Hijrah. The scene is described with dramatic details by Ibn Hisham.

Umar had previously been one of the greatest enemies and persecutors of Islam. Like his blood-thirsty kinsmen the Quraysh be meditated slaying the Prophet, when it was suggested to him that there were near relations of his that had embraced Islam. His sister Fatima and her husband Sa'id were Muslims, but in those days of persecution they had kept their faith secret. When Umar went to their house, he heard them reciting this Surah from a written copy they had. For awhile they concealed the copy. Umar attacked his sister and her husband, but they bore the attack with exemplary patience, and declared their faith. Umar was so struck with their sincerity and fortitude that he asked to see the leaf from which they had been reading. It was given to him: his soul was touched, and he not only came into the Faith but became one of its strongest supporters and champions.

The leaf contained some portion of the Surah, perhaps the introductory portion.

THE NOBLEST MISSION STATEMENT EVER:

At the outset of the call to prophethood, the exalted Prophet Muhammad announced the highest and the noblest possible Mission Statement ever, “We will establish a State wherein a beautiful young woman laden with jewelry will be able to travel alone from Yemen to Busra (in Syria, about 1500 miles). Yet, she will have no fear but the fear of Allah.”

This meant that in the Muslim Empire, the life, honor and property of all citizens would be safe. It promised peace and rule of law in the society beginning with discipline in the hearts. The exalted Prophet achieved this lofty mission in his lifetime!

Soon, people would travel long distances to find a person willing to accept charity. History has not witnessed such a noble era (622-750 CE) again.

So I do call to witness what ye see,

That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger;

Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive.

And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name,
We should certainly seize him by his right hand,

Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath).
But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing.
And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it).
But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers.

The likeness of such blind followers is that (of a herd of sheep) which hear the shepherd´s call, but hear in it nothing more than a sound and a shout. Deaf, dumb, blind, for they do not use their reason. [This is subhuman level of existence 7:179. ´Unq = Shepherd´s call. Shepherd here pertains to religious leaders who have learned some meaningless words or tenets, and a herd of sheep is the masses that blindly follow them. Kufr embraces blind following in addition to denying, opposing, or concealing the truth. Perceptual senses alone cannot distinguish human beings from the rest of the Animal Kingdom. It is the intellectual analysis that sets them apart] Qur'an-2:171

O Muslim! Does Alcohol become HALAL if you add Zamzam water in it?

MOSQUE OR FITNA

They Say! They will build Mosque with the earning from selling Alcohol, ----- Say it that! Only Enemies of Allah will come here.
They Say! Earnings from selling pig will be used for Mosque Building, ----- Say it that! All of these will go straight in HELL.
Swine, Adultery and Alcohol they will bring in the Mosque of Allah, ----- Education of Islam will be taught by Freemasons.
Foul language will be taught by the Hypocrites in Mosque; ----- They will disrespect Daughter, Sister, Mother and Sister
Dieses of Alcohol they will give to everybody, ----- They will forget the meaning of Daughter, Mother and Sister
Those will not be only criminal who would spread the Evil, ----- There supporters will also be seen by everybody.

HARAM EATER!

He sell Swine-Pig and with it Halal Meat ----- Amazing to see that with same hand he sell alcohol.
Swine & Alcohol is HARAM to eat, to drink and to sell ----- If you sell HARAM , you get HARAM money.
He very eagerly portrays himself as a Lover of Muhammad (S), but ----- hidden Real Evil Character is without any comparison.
If person sow HARAM, than, all fruit & flower on that tree are HARAM ----- That is why of-springs are Shameless, Immodest and Honourless.
Why shouldn't HARAM EATING affect the character of a person? ----- Look at Devil in Mosque, dancing all over the place.
They are saying, HARAM EATER will go only in HELL FIRE ----- If a person eats HARAM, than his skin will have to burn in Hell Fire.
Devil is very happy that worst sinner has joined with him ----- He is not regretting on his HARAM EARNINGS.
Muslim have destroyed himself by himself but blaming others ----- If deeds are Devilish than down fall comes.
Look at the Place of Command in Mosque; Fighter in the Way of Allah does not speak-up ----- He is very happy after eating HARAM MONEY’S BRIBE.

Their abode will be in High Ranking Paradise or their punishment will be in Hellfire?

O Listen! Halal Money and Haram Money earned with Evil Alcohol is not the same.

O Illiterate! Do not create disturbance/tumult; yours Pir & Mullah’s are not;
Muslim’s Only Scale of Judgement is Qur’an given by Muhammad (S).

He has a Rivalry with Muhammad (S); he is an Enemy of Allah;

Imam (RA) said every where, ”no gods but Allah”.
Nimrod, Firon, Abu Jahl and Yazid are extinct,
Light of Truth spread again by the Night of Karbala.
Why shouldn’t devils become your rulers after abandoning Qur’an,
Your Islam has been taken by Western Nations.
O Illiterate! Because of your Greed of Paradise, you have been robbed in every season,
You have been destroyed by the rulings of Pir & Mullah.
O Mushriks! How would you face Muhammad (S) (on the day of judgement)?
Yours Evil Work of worshipping other than Allah have earned you Hell Fire.
